4d2u Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before registering for or using any service on the4d2u platform. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4d2u platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

2. Account Creation & Security

Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 4d2u will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your account being accessed by a third party due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- False or incomplete registration information may result in account suspension.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur.
- Transfering your account to another party is not permitted.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 4d2u platform are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their accounts are lawful, ethical, and compliant with applicable laws in Malaysia. Any misuse of the platform, attempts to manipulate the system, or interference with other users is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4d2u platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Making misleading or false claims relating to winings or transactions.
- Spreading misleading or harmful information to other users.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or breach any security system.
- Using the platform for any purpose that contravenes Malaysian law.
Violation of any these rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and appropriate legal action.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 4d2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including online banking, e-wallets, and other options listed on the platform. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with established procedures and are subject to applicable minimum requirements.
Important information regarding transactions:
- All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform.
- 4d2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
- Any attempt to commit transaction fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure

In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 4d2u platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
